Arrivals and Departures
Your holiday accommodation will be ready from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Rates per week for 2026 (£ = pounds sterling):

Short breaks (minimum 3 nights) are only available out of season or close to actual date.
Price for 3 night short break: 75% of the weekly rate
Price for 4 night short break: 85% of the weekly rate
Price for 5 nights or more: as per the weekly rate
Rates are inclusive of all charges and includes bed linen and towels for all guests.
Payment Terms
Deposit: 25% at time of booking Balance: 6 weeks before arrival date.
We can accept payment by sterling cheque, bank transfer (details on request), a sterling PayPal payment or debit/credit card. There is a small handling charge for card or PayPal payments.

Suitability
Regretfully, we do not accept dogs, young children, Wedding, Stag or Hen parties.
